1 lemon cake mix
1 small package of lemon instant pudding
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup chopped kumquats (pureed)
1/4 cup milk
4 eggs
1 tsp lemon juice


1. In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients and beat well. 

2.  Add eggs one at a time beating well. 

3.  Add lemon juice. 

4.  Pour into greased and floured bunt pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes. 

5.  Remove from pan and add glaze.
