INGREDIENTS:
500g diced lamb
1 onion chopped
1 carrot chopped
1/2 swede chopped Sprig of rosemary
8 kumquats sliced
2 tea spoon flour
1 cup water

DIRECTIONS:
Saute onions in a little oil in fry pan & put in casserole dish
Brown the lamb in the the same pan & add to casserole dish
Strip leaves off rosemary & add
Add Kumquats, carrot & swede.
Mix flour & water together
Pour over other ingredients & mix all together.
Slow cook in oven or micro wave. Around 2 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes
