Fresh Kumquats

Baking with Kumquats

The kumquat fruit can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three weeks. Frozen kumquat puree can be stored for six months or more. Kumquat puree is used in the making of jams and jellies and as a flavoring for ice cream, beer, wine and other items.
