larger grocery stores or fruit, citrus, produce and vegetable markets
from November through March. Please, if you do not see them,
ask for them in the produce department.
If you are unable to locate
them, check out our fruit gift boxes and/or wholesale catalog.

During the 1926 spring season approximately 1,600 crates of this
fruit were picked and shipped from the ... groves. The prices
received ranged from nothing to as high as $6.00 a crate. The
average was about $2.50 a crate. |
